Sessions
Dr. Joseph’s office is located in Royal Oak. Sessions usually occur for 60 minutes. Clients are encouraged to set goals. Denise will facilitate a course of action toward clarifying and achieving those goals.
Note to Clients
Many goals can be set but their success rests upon a client’s willingness to make changes in their personal / professional life. Personal accountability is also important and involves a commitment and dedication toward oneself. It is driven by honesty both inward and outward. All scheduled appointments will be charged in full unless given a 24-Hour notice of cancellation.
Insurance
Dr. Joseph does not participate with Insurance Companies. She will not fill out paperwork about you or your sessions for any insurance company or employer unless a Release of Information form has been signed by you specifying which information is to be released and to whom. If, however, your insurance company will reimburse you and pays out of network, a receipt can be provided to you for you to submit to your insurance company for collection.
Alternative Payments
If fees are an issue, discuss it with Dr. Joseph. You can make arrangements to defer partial payment until a later date and/or the frequency of sessions can be adjusted. Cash, personal/business checks, and most major credit cards are accepted.
Long Distance & Phone
If face-to-face sessions are at issue or cannot occur, discuss it with Dr. Joseph. Under most circumstances, you can arrange time using the phone or internet.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is assured for all services and no information will be disclosed to any person or agency unless there is a signed Release of Information provided that specifies which information is to be released and to whom.
